Barrett throws a shot to the body.
Barrett lands with a nice body punch.
Barrett has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Highland Gym in the buildup to the fight.

It looks like Kazuo Mizaki has been cut.
Barrett stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Barrett scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Barrett throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mizaki throws out a counter right but Barrett avoids it with no problem.
Barrett misses with a two punch combination.
Barrett lands a nice looking body kick.
Mizaki looks winded!

Mizaki swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mizaki on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Barrett stuns Mizaki with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Barrett fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mizaki looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Barrett connects with a single shot there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Barrett lands a big head kick that sends Mizaki tumbling to the mat! Barrett takes a step backwards and waves Mizaki back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Mizaki is rocked!
That has opened up Kazuo Mizaki's cut even more.
Barrett cracks Mizaki with a left hook right on the temple and Mizaki goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Barrett lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Mizaki is OK!
