The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Mitrovic!

Magnusson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Mitrovic manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Magnusson is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Magnusson is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Magnusson keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Mitrovic's head.

Magnusson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dux fails to land with a series of punches.
Tyyp misses with an uppercut.
Dux lands a two punch combo.
Tyyp with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
A punch combination from Dux misses.
Tyyp throws a head kick that misses.
Dux throws a nice looking combination but Tyyp bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Tyyp went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Tyyp throws a sloppy head kick and Dux moves out of range easily.

Tyyp misses with a wild combination.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dux looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Dux blocks a head kick by Tyyp.
The fight stays on the outside here - Tyyp looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Dux pushes Tyyp up against the cage in a clinch.
I was talking to Tyyp's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Tyyp is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Dux is defending well for now.
Tyyp using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Dux has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Dux's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Dux has had enough of the clinch but Tyyp keeps him there for the moment.

Tyyp digs a right hand underneath Dux's ribcage. Dux let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Tyyp lands a shoulder strike.
Tyyp with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Dux gets control of Tyyp's arms and successfully pulls guard. Dux will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Tyyp wants to control from the top but Dux keeps moving.
Tyyp trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dux has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Tyyp should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Dux has tightened it up now! Tyyp should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Carter wants to stand and escape but Mondo is having none of it.

Carter escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mondo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Mondo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Carter was covering up waiting for the punch and Mondo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

That was a close second round but I would say that Mike Mondo will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arg scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Down doesn't seem bothered though.

Jesus's coach down at Westside Martial Arts was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Jesus's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

We've been told by Boone's head coaches at King's Palace that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
