Martinez throws a head kick that misses
and Steele counters with a straight right hand.
Steele throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Martinez closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Steele lands a big uppercut and Martinez crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Martinez looks OK. Steele waves Martinez back to his feet!

Martinez is rocked!

It looks like Jason Martinez has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Steele drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Martinez's head, knocking him out cold! Steele is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

Slaughter misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Zamana.
No joy there for Slaughter, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Zamana shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Slaughter but Slaughter pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Slaughter uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Zamana bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Zamana wants to control but Slaughter is keeping him busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Slaughter tries to escape but Zamana is in control.

Zamana is working to tighten his grip on Slaughter's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Slaughter has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Zamana is really squeezing tight and eventually Slaughter passes out! Zamana breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Arshavin has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Silli finds it's way round the side to connect with Arshavin's head.

Arshavin is looking to clinch.

Arshavin moves into the clinch.
Silli blocking some punches.
We've been informed that Silli has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Arshavin is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

That was a close second round but I would say that Robbie Owens will probably get the nod.

Robbie Owens decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
The defeated Charlie Xander had this to say: 'You know, Robbie's beaten me twice now so there's obviously huge holes I need to work on. I expect to see him in the future again but not anytime soon. '.
