The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Agoncillo fakes the leg kick and cracks Horiguchi in the body.
Horiguchi fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Agoncillo checks it well.
Horiguchi blocks a head kick by Agoncillo.
Agoncillo throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Horiguchi has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Silli lands a big uppercut and Alvarado crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Alvarado looks OK. Silli waves Alvarado back to his feet!

Alvarado seems to have got his legs back now.

Alvarado has an Americana. Silli didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Alvarado is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Alvarado hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
