The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Patrick Alders and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stoyachnikov looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stoyachnikov not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Jambo is trying to stand.
Jambo slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Stoyachnikov stopping the sweep attempt from Jambo.

Stoyachnikov distracts Jambo with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stoyachnikov's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Stoyachnikov postures up in Jambo's guard and throws a big left but Jambo blocks it.
Stoyachnikov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jambo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Jambo wants to sweep here but Stoyachnikov controlling him for the moment.

Jambo is trying to keep Stoyachnikov in close.
Jambo isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Stoyachnikov stacks Jambo on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Stoyachnikov!

Stoyachnikov postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Stoyachnikov wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jambo keeps working.
Stoyachnikov is working Jambo over with some ground and pound from side control.
Stoyachnikov throws an elbow but Jambo slips to the side and avoids it well.

Jambo manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Jambo is trying to control the action in half guard but Stoyachnikov is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Jambo is looking for a kimura but Stoyachnikov is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Jambo to get the leverage.

Stoyachnikov has one foot on Jambo's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jambo tries to clinch but Stoyachnikov is having none of it.
Stoyachnikov steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Jambo looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Stoyachnikov lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stoyachnikov stuns Jambo with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Stoyachnikov cracks Jambo with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Stoyachnikov drops Jambo with a huge uppercut! Jambo drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Stoyachnikov is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stoyak Stoyachnikov!
After the fight, Stoyak Stoyachnikov was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
