Grant changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tripp looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Grant has hold of Tripp's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Tripp tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Grant cranks the arm and Tripp screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Tripp, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sed El Bunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Whitehope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Whitehope has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jack Judo.
