Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Frank Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seth Campbell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martin comes to the ring accompanied by Bodies Drowing Pool. Frank Martin had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. On his way into the ring it seems that Frank Martin has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Frank Martin seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

That kick from Frank tenderised Pierre's leg. Pierre is trying to keep his angry face on.
Frank closes the distance looking to clinch
and Pierre counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Frank throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Frank fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Pierre, pushing him back against the ropes.

Frank pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Frank fails to land with a series of punches.
Pierre digs a good body shot into Frank's ribs.
Frank keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Frank thows a body kick. Pierre tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Frank lands a jab-cross combination.

Frank darts in and clinches Pierre up against the ropes.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Frank is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Pierre tightens his grip and picks Frank up, before dumping him to the ground. Frank manages to land in guard.
Pierre prevents Frank from getting back to his feet.
Pierre cracks Frank with a solid left hand.
Pierre scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Frank is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Pierre tries to free his leg and advance position but Frank is retaining full guard.
Pierre throws a strike but Frank rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Pierre is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Pierre looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Frank feints a jab and as Pierre dips his head, Frank unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Pierre right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Pierre falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the ropes! Frank smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
