Veilleux drops his hands for a split second and Orochi immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Veilleux face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Orochi follows up with a right hand that knocks Veilleux into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 31 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Karol Cropp!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut lands for Bri. That snapped Cropp's head back.
Cropp walks into a left hand.
Cropp misses with a low kick as Bri jumps back.
We've been informed that Cropp has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Cropp takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Bri swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Bri tries to move into range but Cropp moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

It looks like Seaville Bri has been cut.

Cropp decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Cropp is keen to just control but Bri is a slippery customer.
Cropp has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Cropp seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Bri has recovered full guard.
Cropp stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bri swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bri wants to stand but Cropp is controlling the position.
Cropp trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Bri is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Cropp is controlling him.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Cropp avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Bri slips a straight right by Cropp.
Bri misses with a few strikes there.
And Cropp tries to counter it with a takedown but Bri pushes his down on his head and steps out.
We've been told by Bri's head coaches at Boston MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Bri moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Nice takedown defense from Bri. No joy for Cropp on that attempt.
Cropp misses the jab.
Cropp misses with a low kick as Bri jumps back.
Cropp uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bri.
Cropp changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Cropp throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bri swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Cropp.
Cropp takes a jab right on the kisser.
Cropp slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bri looks to throw the jab but Cropp is out of range.
Bri throws out a loose jab but Cropp uses good head movement to avoid it.

Cropp wants to slow Bri down by chopping away at his legs.
Bri wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Cropp bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Cropp tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bri was well out of range. Poor timing from Cropp.
Cropp throws a body shot but no joy.

Bri swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Cropp connects with a nice looking jab.
Bri tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Cropp throws a nice looking combination but Bri bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bri scores with a jab. Cropp acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Cropp misses with an uppercut.
Bri ducks under a wild hook from Cropp.
Cropp loads up on a big right hand but Bri slips the punch.
Bri jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A big left from Bri misses.
Cropp has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bri finds it's way round the side to connect with Cropp's head.

Cropp is rocked!
Bri is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Bri lands a nice looking body shot.
Cropp is still on wobbly legs! Can Bri finish him?
A bone on bone clash there as Bri blocks the leg kick.
Cropp seems to have recovered his senses.
Bri misses with a wild combination.
A swing and a miss from Cropp.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bri tests Cropp's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Seaville Bri is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Bri throws a body punch but Cropp moves out of range.
Cropp looks up at the clock. Bad move! Bri lands a right hand from hell, dropping Cropp. Bri pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Seaville Bri!
