Ysengrin leaves Machado with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Ysengrin feints with a jab and clips Machado right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Machado is sent crashing into the canvas and Ysengrin leaps in for the kill! Machado tries to get to his feet but Ysengrin is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Machado is in need of a savior and steps in!

Machado shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Machado was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
MacDuff tries to bench press Machado off him but Machado keeps the position.

Machado has hold of MacDuff's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! MacDuff tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Machado cranks the arm and MacDuff screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from MacDuff, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
