The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simoni walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Simoni is looking to clinch but Cooper is avoiding it.

Simoni swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Cooper counters with a nice uppercut.
Simoni doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Simoni on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Simoni has closed the distance and engaged Cooper in a clinch.
Simoni has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Cooper after a bit of a struggle.

Cooper lands an elbow inside that Simoni shrugs off.

Simoni tries to stall but Cooper uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Oh Simoni is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Cooper manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Cooper drops Simoni onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Simoni is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Cooper dips a shoulder and cracks Simoni with a mighty uppercut! Simoni falls back against the cage and Cooper unloads with a barrage of strikes! Simoni is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Cooper screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vic Cooper!
Vic Cooper really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Urban Fighter logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.

Power creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

With the fighters up against the cage, Power throws an elbow but misses.

Koreshkov is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Power to keep the fight standing.

Made instigates a clinch.
Mcfly tries to pull guard but Made holds him up against the cage and eventually Mcfly drops back down to his feet.

Made misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Mcfly.

Mcfly has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Made is trying to keep an underhook but Mcfly manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Mcfly looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Made with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Mcfly throwing shots but Made is blocking nicely.
Made definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Mcfly thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Made's head.

Mcfly uses his free foot to push down on Made's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Made.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Mcfly cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Mcfly is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Made can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Made is desperately trying to improve his position but Mcfly has a good base and remains in mount.

Grimes lands a really nice looking cross but Humungus seems unphased.
Humungus shoots in for a takedown but Grimes shows good takedown defense.
Rick Grimes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Grimes lands with a right hand.

Humungus is rocked!
Humungus on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Humungus shoots in looking for a takedown but Grimes manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Humungus's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Grimes changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Humungus looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Grimes is fending him off so far but Humungus persists. Nope, Grimes circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lord Humungus. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Grimes keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Oh Humungus is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Grimes ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Humungus's jaw. Humungus's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Grimes does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
