The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dickson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Honcho manages to avoid it.
Honcho shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dickson as he avoids it easily.
Honcho works the jab nicely.
Honcho lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dickson at a distance.
Honcho looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Honcho misses with a two punch combination.
Dickson throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Honcho fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Honcho takes a swing at Dickson's ribcage but misses.
Dickson throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Honcho looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dickson is fending him off so far but Honcho persists. Nope, Dickson circles away and we're back to standing.

Dickson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Dickson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Honcho. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

McCracken throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Kobayashi has his hands clasped together but McCracken breaks the hold and Kobayashi is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by McCracken!
