The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King fails with the takedown
enabling El to counter with a crisp jab.
King uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by El.
El thows a left - swing and a miss!

King closes the distance and clinches.
King tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
King blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

El struggles to land a body shot inside as King controls his hands.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Laurence got a little sloppy there for a moment and Moon has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Laurence has managed to get both his arms back between Moon's legs - danger averted.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aff has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Aff there as he acknowledges the shot.
Aff throws a sloppy head kick and Rogers moves out of range easily.
A slapping leg kick lands for Aff.
Aff tries to move into range but Rogers moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Rogers throws out a loose jab but Aff uses good head movement to avoid it.
Aff fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Rogers looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Rogers shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Aff counters with a big head kick but Rogers shrugs it off.
We've been told by Aff's head coaches at Nordic Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Rogers misses with a straight right.
Aff bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Rogers is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Aff moves out of range as Rogers strikes.
This has been an exciting period of action!

An attempted straight right counter from Aff misses the target.
Rogers tries to score a power double leg takedown but Aff sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Rogers somewhat.
