Boner looks to score with a jab to the body but Frye is just out of range.
Frye drops down looking for a counter takedown but Boner sprawls and moves away.

Frye shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Boner napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Frye wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Boner, who protects the arm well.
Frye tries to advance to mount but can't.
Boner is not content to let Frye control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Frye hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Rat shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kavacavich but Kavacavich pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Kavacavich shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rat's guard.
Kavacavich stands up over Rat, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Kavacavich trying to control the position from guard on top but Rat is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kavacavich might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Rat haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Kavacavich is posturing up here but Rat has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Kavacavich tries to roll out but it's too tight and Kavacavich has to tap! Slick submission there by Rat!

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with KaSolomon in particular looking to stall.
Dahl looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Dahl is looking to control KaSolomon's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dahl avoid being mounted?
KaSolomon is trying to control the action in half guard but Dahl is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

KaSolomon uses his free foot to push down on Dahl's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dahl.
