The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hussain slips a straight right by Face.
A decent looking cross lands there for Face.
Angel Face seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Face lands the left hand.
Hussain throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Face counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hussain thinking.
Face misses with a few strikes there.
Hussain is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Face moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Hussain uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Face.
Face dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A punch lands to the side of Hussain 's head but he takes it in his stride.
We've been told by Face's head coaches at Fight Club that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Hussain slips a straight right by Face.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Hussain ! But no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hussain on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Face. Face obviously looking to wear him down.
Face is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Face cracks Hussain with a right hand to the side of the head.
Face misses with a leg kick.
Oooooh!!! Face has knocked Hussain down with a huge combo! Face steps away and waves a wobbly Hussain back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Hussain is rocked!
Hussain get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Hussain stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the ropes but Face runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
