Turpin keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Barfot's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Turpin connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Barfot scrambles back to his feet.

Barfot has his foot on Turpin's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Turpin works his way back into a safe position though.
Turpin wants to pass the guard but Barfot is keeping the position.

Barfot has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Turpin is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Barfot.

Turpin feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Barfot sprawling to the canvas! Barfot rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Turpin finish him?!

Slayer throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lopette sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Well Lopette has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
