The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Render displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Spigelman throws out the jab.
Spigelman slaps away a takedown attempt from Render, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Render shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Spigelman as he avoids it easily.
A little jabbing left from Spigelman on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Render uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Spigelman.
Render half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Render moves out of range as Spigelman strikes.

Jones drops Spinnet with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Spinnet looks back up at him and smiles so Jones waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones finds Spinnet's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Spinnet flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Jones lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Spinnet will be OK.

Swanson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lovski connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Swanson scrambles back to his feet.
Swanson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
A jab lands there for Lovski.
Swanson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Swanson thows a leg kick but Lovski checks it
and Lovski cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

That has opened up Dandy Swanson's cut even more.
Lovski is pawing at Swanson, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Swanson's nose. Swanson is badly hurt! Lovski pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Swanson tries desperately to hold on but Lovski is relentless in his assault! As Swanson receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Lovski away and this one is in the books!

Montana on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Hand Grenade swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hand Grenade throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Montana looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hand Grenade is fending him off so far but Montana persists. Nope, Hand Grenade circles away and we're back to standing.
