Bilbo Baggins told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Gunner State Jr.!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bilbo Baggins!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A chopping leg kick lands by State Jr..
Baggins misses with a few strikes there.
Baggins defending well as State Jr. loads up on a big left hand.
State Jr. chopping away at his opponent's legs.
State Jr. throws the left hand but Baggins avoids the punch easily.
Baggins ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
State Jr. doesn't manage to clinch there - Baggins circles away.

State Jr. gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Baggins working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Baggins rolls with it to try and escape but State Jr. cranks on the arm and Baggins is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
