The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takala fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Volkov manages to avoid it.
Volkov throws a head kick that misses.
Takala throws a predictable looking body shot
and Volkov counters with a two punch combo.
Takala closes the distance looking to clinch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

Volkov shoots in and gets a takedown into Takala's guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Volkov accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

It looks like Volkov might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Volkov gets to his feet. Takala looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Volkov shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Volkov slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Volkov lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.

On his way into the cage it seems that Constrictor Boa has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Constrictor Boa seems to be OK! We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Flintstone has eaten all the pies!

Boa is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Flintstone can't fight it off and eventually Boa manages to take the fight to the floor. Flintstone looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Flintstone has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Boa is really squeezing tight and eventually Flintstone passes out! Boa breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
