The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patton takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Douglas drops his hands momentarily and Patton takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

It looks like Jack Douglas has been cut.
Rick Patton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Douglas fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Patton has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Reynolds got a little sloppy there for a moment and Oley has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Reynolds has managed to get both his arms back between Oley's legs - danger averted.
Reynolds is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

After the fight, Isaac Frost was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
