The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Randy Bronson.

Thane cracks a nice hook into Masters's ribs.
We've been informed that Thane has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Masters throws a head kick that half lands.
Masters with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Thane to score with a decent uppercut.
Thane throws a body punch but Masters moves out of range.

Thane bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Masters! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Masters is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Masters can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Thane controls the pace.
Oh Masters is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Thane gets to his feet and stands over Masters, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Masters felt that one! Thane unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Masters from any more punishment!
