Undercard bout

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marin Piekny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Eel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Marin Piekny has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Marin Piekny seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Piekny gets the takedown into side control.
Eel dodges the ground and pound from Piekny.
Eel really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Piekny. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Piekny throws a strike aimed at the side of Eel's head but Eel avoids it well.
Eel parries the strikes from Piekny easily there. Piekny is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Eel to escape.

Kirijenko feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Kuans jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
A slow jab from Kuan misses its intended target.
Kuan misses with an uppercut. Kirijenko saw that one coming.
Kirijenko misses with a body shot.
Kirijenko will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Kuan motions for Kirijenko to come forward. Kuan throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Kuan is looking to clinch but Kirijenko is avoiding it.
Kirijenko throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

I would just about give that final round to How Long.
Well Long has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
