The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hanma pushes McDouglas up against the cage in a clinch.

Hanma successfully pulls guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Hanma thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Hanma manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. McDouglas manages to get himself to full guard.
McDouglas has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at MMA Sanok Training Center. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
McDouglas is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Hanma dives into side control.

Hanma is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but McDouglas has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
McDouglas is trying to get back to his feet but Hanma has full control of the position and if anything, McDouglas has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A very excited looking Baki Hanma rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
