The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cahn tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Joaquin displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Cahn throws out the jab.
Cahn scores with a punch to the head.

Joaquin bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Joaquin is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Cahn screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Milner tries for a takedown but Gfde sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Milner shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gfde pinned against the cage. Gfde gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Milner has hold of Gfde's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Gfde seems comfortable defending it but Milner has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Gfde is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Gfde is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Milner couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Gracie slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Watanabe had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Gracie defends it easily.
Watanabe has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Watanabe closes the distance and clinches up with Gracie, looking for a takedown. Watanabe pushes Gracie against the cage but Gracie circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Watanabe shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Gracie's guard.
Gracie wants to stand but Watanabe is controlling the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

I would just about give that final round to Hiro Watanabe.
