The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bighead fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Akagono wants to clinch up but Bighead keeps it at a distance.
Ole Bighead seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bighead lands a nice looking body shot.
Bighead has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ariola has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Kawamura is trying to keep an underhook but Ariola manages to get the takedown into half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

He tries to recover but Maxiq pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Schmierer is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

After winning the bout, Silvean Maxiq thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
