The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diggler is looking to clinch.
Dunham cracks Diggler with a right hand to the side of the head.

It looks like Dirk Diggler has been cut.

Diggler has managed to clinch.
Dunham misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Diggler lands a hook that snaps the head of Dunham backwards.

Dunham throws a jab but it's blocked by Diggler.

Diggler uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Dunham.
Dunham is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Diggler.
Dunham bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Diggler's head.
Dunham looks to score with a jab to the body but Diggler is just out of range.
Dunham uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
The fighters circling - Dunham throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Diggler does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Diggler closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Diggler tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dunham was well out of range. Poor timing from Diggler.

Diggler swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Dunham looks to land a left hand but Diggler moved out of range nicely.

Diggler forces Dunham back against the cage and clinches.

Dunham walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Diggler checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Diggler lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

and Diggler holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Diggler breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Dunham throws a solid leg kick but Diggler takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Dunham.
Diggler needs to keep his hands up - Dunham had a free shot at his head there.

Diggler closes the distance and clinches.
Dunham tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Dunham struggles to land a body shot inside as Diggler controls his hands.

Diggler breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Dunham throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Diggler lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Diggler tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Dunham manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Dunham swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Diggler takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Diggler moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Diggler gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Dunham fails to land.
Diggler has Dunham pressed against the cage, preventing Dunham from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Diggler escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Diggler tries to close the distance and clinch but Dunham swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Dunham walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Dunham misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Diggler.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Jeremy Dunham will probably get the nod.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

After the fight, Jeremy Dunham was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Dirk Diggler was interviewed post fight and said 'I'm better than that fool (looks in the mirror, flexes, then cries)'.

Broussard could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Broussard throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Chinzorig wants to control from the top but Broussard keeps moving.
Broussard is pulling down on Chinzorig's head. It's preventing any offense from Chinzorig, at least for the moment.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Batbold Chinzorig wasn't active enough on the ground.

Chinzorig manages to pull guard.

Chinzorig had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Broussard defends it easily.

Pompaius has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Agaev.
A slow jab from Pompaius misses its intended target.
Pompaius moves away from the strike by Agaev.
That kick from Agaev tenderised Pompaius's leg. Pompaius is trying to keep his angry face on.
A head kick misses from Agaev.
A slapping body kick lands there for Agaev.
Pompaius looks winded!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pompaius chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Agaev can pounce on him.
Agaev thows a body kick. Pompaius tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Pompaius takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
That kick from Agaev tenderised Pompaius's leg. Pompaius is trying to keep his angry face on.

Agaev lands a big head kick that sends Pompaius tumbling to the mat! Agaev takes a step backwards and waves Pompaius back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Pompaius is rocked!

It looks like Gaius Pompaius has been cut.
A nice inside leg kick there by Agaev. That's going to slow Pompaius down.
Pompaius is still on wobbly legs! Can Agaev finish him?
Agaev seems to be stalking Pompaius here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Pompaius drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Tural Agaev!
A very excited looking Tural Agaev rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Kim lands a nice leg kick that just misses Patterson's sensitive parts.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Patterson.
Kim might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Patterson working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Kim parries the strikes from Patterson easily there. Patterson is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Kim to escape.
Patterson connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Kim some visible discomfort.

Kim is looking for a sweep. Patterson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Patterson doesn't seem too bothered but Kim quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Patterson is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Patterson really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.

Nayr smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Daniels walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Daniels fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Nayr has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
A lazy left from Nayr finds it's target.
Daniels throws a hook to the side of Nayr's head but Nayr sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Nayr's jab looks to have found its range, popping Daniels under the eye.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nayr's corner calls for a 1-2. Nayr obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Nayr scores with the left hand. Daniels knows he should have avoided that one.

Daniels is rocked!
Daniels walks straight into a right hand from Nayr - that's dropped him! Nayr jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Daniels from any more punishment! Daniels complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Leiro Nayr!
Leiro Nayr made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'I have one single goal each time I fight. To destroy or be destroyed. I have no fear. I make no excuses. I can be defeated but my spirit is unconquerable. So line 'em up I don't care. I just want to hurt someone.'.

Tajiri shoots in looking for a takedown. Freeman tries to sprawl out of it but Tajiri keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Freeman manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Freeman throws a sloppy head kick and Tajiri moves out of range easily.
Freeman feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Tajiri's calf.
Freeman dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Tajiri. That did some damage!
Freeman throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Tajiri on the side of the head.

Tajiri is trying hard to land a takedown here. Freeman sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Freeman dances in with a quick combination. Tajiri is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Freeman snaps Tajiri's head back. Tajiri stumbles backwards against the cage. Freeman steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Tajiri's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Tajiri just didn't come prepared.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stacks lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Benson shoots in and bounces Stacks off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Benson trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Benson distracts Stacks with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Benson in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Stacks working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Benson.

Benson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Benson sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Stacks's guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Benson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Benson thows a huge punch but Stacks dodges it nicely.
Benson not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Benson drops an elbow to the side of Stacks's head.
Benson winds up and cracks Stacks with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Stacks is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Benson scores with a couple of nice shots.
Benson not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Benson wants to pass the guard but Stacks is defending well.
Stacks keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Stacks avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Benson.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Benson is nestled in close to Stacks, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Benson wants to pass the guard but Stacks is defending well.
Benson frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Benson scoring with strikes but Stacks is staying in there.

Oh Stacks is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Benson postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Stacks bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Benson and the fight is over!
