DaBaller looks to land a body kick but Roots moved away.

DaBaller shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. DaBaller showed some decent athleticism there.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
DaBaller moves into full mount! Roots won't be happy about that!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Roots is pawing at DaBaller, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into DaBaller's nose. DaBaller is badly hurt! Roots pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! DaBaller tries desperately to hold on but Roots is relentless in his assault! As DaBaller receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Roots away and this one is in the books!

I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that John Lee Pettimore was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Pettimore fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Broussard to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Broussard looks to clinch but Pettimore throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Broussard taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Brooks throws a right and a left that Bus avoids nicely.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Bus lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Brooks has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Brooks and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Bus really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
