The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cows tries for a takedown but Nemrik sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Cows has been working on his balance at Clean and Green, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Nemrik.
Cows shoots in for a takedown but Nemrik shows good takedown defense.
Nemrik stuffs the takedown.

Cows tries to bum rush Nemrik with a series of wild strikes but Nemrik uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Cows isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Nemrik stacks Cows on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Nemrik!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Nemrik lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Cows has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Cows and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Nemrik is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
