Wood kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is 1 hitta quitta 3 6 mafia. The crowd seem to be enjoying Ricardo's choice of entrance music: rage against the machine,,cypress hill how i just kill a man. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Ricardo enables Wood to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Ricardo manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

That was a close second round but I would say that Leopold Scotch will probably get the nod.

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Bourne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Romo Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bourne comes into the arena with Bawitdaba blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
