Punch gets caught napping as Miller dives in and scores a takedown. Punch manages to retain guard.
Punch wants to stand up but Miller is controlling him.
Punch can't keep his opponent in guard - Miller advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Miller works his foot free and advances to mount.

Miller working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Punch turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Miller off and cradles Punch's limp body as Miller celebrates with his corner.
