With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Craig Paris!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paris shoots in for a takedown but Manison shows good takedown defense.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Paris has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Paris misses with a takedown attempt - Manison sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Paris tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Manison defends well and Paris ends up having to push Manison into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Konstantin Manison has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Craig Paris.

Manison escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Paris fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Paris closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Manison to the mat! Manison manages to get full guard.
Manison wants to get back to his feet but Paris is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Paris drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Manison manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Paris has Manison in his guard.

Paris manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Manison on his heels. He'll look to pass Manison's guard now, I'm sure.

Paris is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Manison is just riding it out for now. Paris eventually gives up the hold.

Paris stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Manison swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Paris is working for an americana but Manison has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Paris was thinking about the submission.
Manison has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Manison feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Pariss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Paris closes this distance looking for a takedown but Manison circles away.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Manison lands a left and a right that send Paris crashing to the mat, dazed. Manison thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Manison steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Paris is out on his feet! Manison sets himself and nearly takes Paris's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
