Lambert drops back looking for a leg! Smith is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Smith manages to kick Lambert off! Lambert jumps back into Smith's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Lambert shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Smith defends it nicely.

Hansen takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

It looks like Gunner Hansen has been cut.
Pierce displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hansen.
Pierce throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Pierce keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Pierce stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Pierce knocks Hansen out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
