The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burhani stuns Rawhiti with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Rawhiti could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Rawhiti shoots in but no luck this time.
Burhani digs a good hook to Rawhiti's body.
Rawhiti tries to close the distance and clinch but Burhani swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Burhani will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Burhani lands a nice shot to the body.
Burhani lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Burhani lands with a straight right. Rawhiti didn't see that one coming.
Burhani connects with a nice looking jab.

It looks like Tipene Rawhiti has been cut.
Burhani is looking to slow Rawhiti down with leg kicks.
Rawhiti is breathing heavily.
Burhani lands an overhand right.
Burhani lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Burhani lands a big head kick that sends Rawhiti tumbling to the mat! Burhani takes a step backwards and waves Rawhiti back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Burhani goes for a small jab and connects. Now Burhani goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Rawhiti stumbles back but Burhani runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Rawhiti to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Rawhiti will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Nikiel lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jones has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jones and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Nikiel will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jones looks for a takedown but Nikiel sprawls well.

Jones takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
