Loid fails with the takedown

and Roads counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Loid's guard now.
Loid wants to get back to his feet but Roads is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Loid has a closed guard, preventing Roads from standing up.

Roads stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Loid swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Peacock wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Peacock connects with a crisp jab.

Fish pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Fish blocks a leg kick.
Fish slips a jab from Peacock.
Peacock keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Fish attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Peacock catches Fish with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Fish misses with a hook. Peacock ducked under it nicely.

Peacock has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Peacock does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Peacock takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
The fighters circling - Fish throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Fish takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Fish throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Peacock connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Fish's hands.
Peacock fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Peacock connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Fish momentarily.

Fish is rocked!
Peacock looks to land a right hand but Fish moved out of range.
Oh Fish is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Peacock throws an uppercut from hell that sends Fish clean off his feet! He's out cold! Peacock stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
