Rice shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Rice was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Rice wants to stand but Smith is controlling his arm.
I wouldn't like to be where Smith is right now.
Smith is looking to regain half guard here but Rice keeps moving and retains side control.

Rice stands up and beckons Smith to his feet.

Rice looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Smith!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hoggets tries to bum rush Alonso with a series of wild strikes but Alonso uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hoggets throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Frankie Hoggets seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Alonso tries to clinch up but Hoggets circles away and keeps his distance.

Hoggets swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Alonso counters with a three punch combo that has Hoggets backing up. Hoggets nods at Alonso to acknowledge the strikes.

Pasaltha changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Prahang tries to avoid it but Pasaltha manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Prahang to the ground. Prahang escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Pasaltha goes for a double leg but Prahang avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Prahang continues to drive forward.

Oh Ax is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Ax crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dong Hyuk - the referee stops the clock and Ax gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dong Hyuk. Ax manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Ax takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
