Materla shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Silva is trying to defend but Materla finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Khan shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Keawe pinned against the cage. Keawe gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Khan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Keawe will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Khan shoots in but no luck this time.
Keawe shoots in but Khan avoids the takedown attempt easily.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Keawe.

Keawe misses with a takedown attempt - Khan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Keawe tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Khan defends well and Keawe ends up having to push Khan into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Khan pushes off an throws an elbow but Keawe leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Keawe drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Keawe jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Khan is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Keawe slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Keawe has an Americana. Khan didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Keawe is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Keawe hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

De Touro misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A head kick misses from Smiff.

Smiff fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. De Touro sprawls well initially but Smiff persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Smiff is looking for a kimura but De Touro is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Smiff to get the leverage.

A solid leg kick lands there for Rose.
Horrible takedown by Biller or perhaps it was just good defense by Rose which made him look bad.

Rose really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Biller. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Biller postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Rose is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Biller, into his guard.
