The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy left from Reinhardt finds it's target.
Belcher with a poor takedown
and Reinhardt counters with a low kick, right behind Belcher 's knee.
Reinhardt cracks Belcher with a right hand to the side of the head.

Reinhardt gets caught flat footed, as Belcher shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Belcher working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Reinhardt has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Belcher trying to control but Reinhardt is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Belcher lands the left hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Reinhardt delivers a nice body kick.
Reinhardt connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Belcher lands a left and a right that send Reinhardt crashing to the mat, dazed. Belcher thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Belcher grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Reinhardt takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Belcher cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Yamada engages and cracks Damme with a massive lead left hook - Damme tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Yamada is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!

Marsh got a little sloppy there for a moment and Taalasmaa has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Marsh has managed to get both his arms back between Taalasmaa's legs - danger averted.
