The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moxley shoots in for a takedown but Kingston shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Kingston tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Moxley paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kingston throws a sloppy head kick and Moxley moves out of range easily.
Moxley shoots in but no luck this time.
Kingston lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Kingston misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nice takedown defense from Kingston. No joy for Moxley on that attempt.
Kofi Kingston has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Moxley.

Moxley shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Moxley showed some decent athleticism there.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Kingston gets back to full guard.
Kingston looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Kingston thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Kingston knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Moxley on the ground.

Moxley works over Kingston with some ground and pound from guard.
Moxley sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kingston's guard.
Moxley lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Moxley has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Kingston defend it? Moxley steps over the head and cranks it - Kingston is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Moxley!

Williams looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Williams. Dedick shrugs it off though.
Williams scores with a head kick. Dedick tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

It looks like Eddie Dedick has been cut.
Williams lands a glancing blow to the side of Dedick's head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Williams clobbers Dedick with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Brief feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Ryu is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Brief drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Brief jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
