The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mamed tries to sprawl but Shunkov drives through with a takedown into half guard.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Brian Gummidge!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gummidge fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
A nice inside leg kick there by Gummidge. That's going to slow Terry down.
Gummidge lands with a straight right. Terry didn't see that one coming.
Brian Gummidge seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gummidge catches Terry with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Gummidge throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Terry stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Gummidge fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Terry.

Gummidge looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Terry!
Terry tries to buck Gummidge off but Gummidge is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gummidge works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Gummidge is chipping away with strikes.
Terry is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Gummidge off and has taken his back!
Gummidge is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

Terry is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Gummidge has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Terry looking to break Gummidge's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Gummidge remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Terry will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
Gummidge is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Terry off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
Gummidge wants to escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Terry has managed to slip his arm under Gummidge's chin. This could be all over... yep, Gummidge is tapping out! Submission win for Terry.
