The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Time thows a body shot but no joy.
Early shoots in but Time avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Early takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
The fighters circling - Time throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Time looks to score with a jab to the body but Early is just out of range.
Time waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Early.

Early gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Time to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Time throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Early works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Time knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Early on the ground.

Time throws a strike but Early rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Time throws a strike but Early rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Time on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Time tries to get out of the position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Time closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Early to the mat! Early manages to get full guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Early is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Time is surviving well by controlling Early's body position as best he can.
Early thowing shots but they're missing.
Time is looking to get to half guard.

Time tries to hold on but Early postures up.

Early is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Time is forced to tap! Great finish!

Horse is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Duke pulls him back up using the underhooks.

A frustrated look appears on Duke's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Duke is looking to break free of the clinch but Horse has double underhooks.
Horse is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Duke gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Dustin Duke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Crazy Horse.
Horse keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Duke's efforts to push away.

Horse seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Duke shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Horse is backing up but Duke catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Horse covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Duke Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

Correia looks for a takedown but Bale sprawls well.

Bale has managed to clinch.
Correia tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bale smiles and moves away.
Bale feints and then cracks Correia's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Correia down.
Correia shoots in looking for a takedown. Bale tries to sprawl out of it but Correia keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bale manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Joe Bale has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fedor Correia.

Correia misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Correia feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

A nice leg kick lands there from Bale.
Bale scores with a one two! Correia had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

grabaz tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cain swivels and escapes.
Cain dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Cain is working the combinations to good effect here.

Cain stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cain wants it to stay on the feet.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
