A momentary lapse in concentration from Duke enables Mckay to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Duke manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Duke wants to stand up but Mckay is controlling him.
Mckay is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Mckay seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Duke for as long as he can get away with.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Krystof Mckay just wasn't active enough.

Mckay cracks Duke with an uppercut from hell and Duke crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Mckay's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mckay's corner is telling him to maintain position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mckay thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

That was a close round but Andy Thug did the better work so I'd imagine he'll take it.
