Starkard doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Cho could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Starkard has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cho can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Starkard can do anything to dispel that myth.

Starkard has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Cho is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Starkard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gordon stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gordon wants it to stay on the feet.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Gordon has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Sackett shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Gordon defends it nicely.

Sackett has managed to clinch.

Sackett escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Gordon has eaten all the pies!
Sackett landing knees to the head.

It looks like Pete Gordon has been cut.
Gordon gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Sackett.
