Stanfield moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Stanfield slaps away a takedown attempt from Gracie, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Gracie has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Stanfield is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Pettis fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Heed has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Heed avoids a punch combination nicely.
Pettis feints and then cracks Heed's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Heed down.
Pettis pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Heed back to the cage. Pettis follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
A telegraphed right hand from Pettis misses the target.
Pettis throws a hook but Heed avoids it easily.
Nice shot lands for Pettis.
A punch lands to the side of Heed 's head but he takes it in his stride.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pettis walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Heed drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Pettis swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Heed's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
