Almighty keeps the fight on the outside.

Wilson wants to clinch up but Almighty keeps it at a distance.
Wilson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Almighty escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Almighty closes the distance and clinches up with Wilson, looking for a takedown. Almighty pushes Wilson against the cage but Wilson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Anderson throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Phaneuf's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Anderson dives in looking to finish as Phaneuf flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Anderson's strikes! Anderson is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Phaneuf's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Phaneuf was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

A very excited looking James Jaffer rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
