The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kawada tries to clinch but Langer moves out of range.

Langer blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Langer is trying to trip Kawada. He has hold of a leg but Kawada is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Langer persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Langer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Kawada has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Langer can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
