The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Valeri Chadov and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beaver lands with a kick to the temple. Maclaren shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Rod Maclaren has been cut.
Maclaren fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Maclaren has his foot on Beaver's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Beaver works his way back into a safe position though.

Maclaren had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Beaver defends it easily.

Maclaren escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Beaver gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

In his post fight interview, Harry Beaver started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

Duseki rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Yesevit moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Duseki definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Duseki looks to land a combination but Yesevit avoids it well.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Yesevit throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

and Duseki cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Duseki really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Duseki tries to bum rush Yesevit with a series of wild strikes but Yesevit uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Duseki feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Yesevits jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Yesevit throws a hook to the side of Duseki's head but Duseki sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Yesevit connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Duseki covering up! Yesevit comes in with a big uppercut and Duseki goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
