Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aadilou Ankutse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zenek Ziemski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ankutse comes into the arena with i ka kane blaring out of the sound system. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Zenek Ziemski was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

We've been informed that Melo has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Brown looks to land a combination but Melo avoids it well.
Brown chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Melo can pounce on him.
Melo takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

It looks like Felipe Melo has been cut.
Melo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Brown uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Brown has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Melo throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Paul Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
