Kamelas uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Kamelas slips a straight right by Cuban.
Nice body kick there by Kamelas.

Kamelas lands a big head kick that sends Cuban tumbling to the mat! Kamelas takes a step backwards and waves Cuban back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Pete Cuban has been cut.
We've been informed that Cuban has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Floyd.

Floyd fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Reaper, pushing him back against the cage.

Floyd pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Reaper looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Floyd misses with a series of wild punches.

Reaper darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Floyd wants to get back to his feet.
Reaper is trying to control. Floyd wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Reaper is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Floyd is just riding it out for now. Reaper eventually gives up the hold.
Floyd tries to kick Reaper off but Reaper keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
