York wants to clinch but Foster slips to the side

and Foster holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Foster has clasped his hands together around York's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A lull in the action here as Foster stalls from top position.

Foster working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

York has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Foster is really squeezing tight and eventually York passes out! Obsut connects with a good right hand that stumbles Badolato. Badolato circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Obsut sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Badolato feints and then cracks Obsut's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Obsut down.
A looping hook to the body misses from Badolato. Obsut does a little dance to reset his feet.

Badolato feints and as Obsut raises his hands in defense, Badolato changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
