The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boots throws a big shot that misses.

Marrow rushes Boots and presses him up against the cage.

Marrow turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Marrow manages to end up in side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Marrow wants to stand and escape but Boots is having none of it.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

A very excited looking Dolph Duckk rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buana throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A punch lands to the side of Buana 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Dramuud throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Buana shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Buana closes the distance and clinches up with Dramuud, looking for a takedown. Buana pushes Dramuud against the cage but Dramuud circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Dramuud scores with a decent looking hook.
Dramuud connects with a leg kick. Buana looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Dramuud connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Buana momentarily.
Buana misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buan Buana. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nice sprawl there from Dramuud as Buana shoots in.
Dramuud is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Buana shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dramuud but Dramuud pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Buana takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Buana dives in and grabs Dramuud's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dramuud pushes down on Buana's head and hops out.

Dramuud stuffs the takedown attempt from Buana. Buana gets slowly back to his feet.
Dramuud has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.
A combination from Dramuud does no damage.
Buana looks for a takedown but Dramuud sprawls well.
Buana doesn't manage to clinch there - Dramuud circles away.
Buana shoots in but no luck this time.
Buana takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Dramuud feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Buana crashing to the mat! This one is all over!

Northus Dramuud tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.

Cullen showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ricard.
Ricard shoots for a double leg takedown but Cullen sprawls well. He's pushed Ricard's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Ricard looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Ricard throws a right and a left that Cullen avoids nicely.
Cullen throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

It looks like Frank Ricard has been cut.

Cullen drops Ricard with a beautiful combination! Ricard stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Cullen is looking for the KO!

Ricard is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cullen stuns Ricard with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Oh Ricard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cullen fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Ricard is breathing heavily.
Cullen scores with a kick to the midsection.
Ricard seems to have got his legs back now.
Cullen lands a right hook to the body.
Good shot there by Cullen.
Cullen comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Nice body punch from Cullen.

Cullen moves into the clinch.
Ricard is trying to push Cullen away but Cullen has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Ricard takes a knee to the side of the body.

Cullen using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Cullen.
Cullen comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Frank Ricard's cut is getting worse.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Cullen obliges.
Ricard working aggressively here.
Cullen lands an elbow that stopped Ricard in his tracks for a moment.
Ricard is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Cullen dips a shoulder and cracks Ricard with a mighty uppercut! Ricard falls back against the cage and Cullen unloads with a barrage of strikes! Ricard is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Cullen screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
