The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garvonin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Koma gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Koma tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Garvonin avoids it.

Garvonin jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Koma walks away with a smile on his face. Garvonin gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Garvonin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Koma but Koma pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Garvonin goes for a double leg but Koma avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the ropes as Koma continues to drive forward.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barker swats away the attempt to clinch by Palo.
Palo misses with a jab, cross combination.
A slapping leg kick lands for Palo.
Barker tries to score a power double leg takedown but Palo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Barker somewhat.
Barker has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Palo ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Palo.

Barker walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Palo tries to clinch up but Barker circles away and keeps his distance.

Palo stalks Barker and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Barker's face. Barker staggers backwards, shaken.

Palo lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Barker. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Palo has Barker pressed up against the ropes in a tight Thai clinch. Barker is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Palo - that's hurt Barker badly! Oh, another knee lands and Barker is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Barker doesn't seem to be complaining.
